Cancellation Policies

WE REQUIRE 24 HOUR ADVANCED NOTICE FOR ANY CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS OF YOUR CONFIRMED APPOINTMENT.

If we have advance notice that you are unable to make your appointment, we may be able to schedule another patient in the time that we had initially reserved for YOU. We do, however, understand that occasionally there are unforeseeable events requiring your immediate attention. We will do everything possible to accommodate those rare instances. A fee will be charged to your account for not honoring this policy. A $75.00 per hour fee will be charged to your account if advance notice is not made allowing us to change your appointment for the Dental Hygienist OR the DENTIST. Please note that ALL unconfirmed appointments within 24 hours WILL be CANCELLED! We have made the investment in technology to be able to reach you by TEXT, EMAIL and PHONE.
